All our pizzas are made with Farina Intera, a special blend of flour created by da Francesca Varvello.
Francesca Varvello, researcher, together with a team of biologists and scientists, has created a special flour to fight glutine intolerance; it’s a flour rich of antioxidants and omega 3, a mixture of different flours and soluble fibers, tested by the university of Bologna. Certified by Umberto Veronesi foundation.
We can guarantee the digestibility of our pizza and the quality of our toppings. The reason: long rising times and a the best flour!
